We are so excited to host Night to Shine, sponsored by the Tim Tebow Foundation, at the UWCC ballroom in Laramie on Friday, February 13, 2026. Night to Shine is an unforgettable prom night experience dedicated to sharing God’s love, for individuals with special needs and honoring them as kings and queens. Guests, ages 13 and older, will enjoy a red-carpet entrance, pampering stations, professional photos, dinner, dancing, giveaways, and countless moments of joy—all provided at no cost to attendees. We are blessed to be a part of this growing worldwide movement, and thanks to New Life Church and the Pulte Family Charitable Foundation, to bring this special experience to Laramie, Wy. This will be a night like no other there all over the world, thousands of people with special needs will be celebrated, given the royal treatment and reminded of God’s love for them.
The Shining Night
Arrival
Upon our honored guests arrival, they will meet their buddy for the night and they’ll be announced by name as they walk the Red Carpet and are celebrated by our team.
Their buddy will be with them all night ensuring they are comfortable and having a memorable night.
Photo Memory
Once they enter the building they will receive a corsage/boutonnière and have their picture taken at the Photo Booth to be used for their take-home photo frame at the end of the night.
During the Event
Throughout the evening, we will have several activities available. In the main hall, we will have dancing and a buffet, with options for all dietary restrictions. Our activity Room will have karaoke, outside we offer carriage & limo rides. Our guests if they need to take some time away to decompress with trained personnel.
Crowning
We will end the night in the main hall to crown all of our guests King/Queen. On their way out they will receive a guest bag and a photo frame.
